Hello, I'm Javier Angeles and I'm the proud owner of Angeles Panadería, a bakery that specializes in traditional Mexican breads and pastries. Growing up in Mexico, my father taught me everything I know about baking, and I've carried on his legacy by opening my own bakery here in Lawrence.

At Angeles Panadería, My wife, Lucia, and I use the same recipes and techniques that have been passed down through generations of our family.

Although we've been considering opening our own bakery for years, it was only recently that we finally took the leap and opened our doors to share a taste of Mexico with Lawrence. We believe that food is a way to bring people together, and we hope that our bakery can become a gathering place for the community.

If my father were still alive today, I know he would be proud to see that I've continued the family legacy of owning a bakery. He taught me that baking is a skill that should be passed down from generation to generation, and I'm honored to carry on that tradition
